Premiere pro is acting weird

So I'm new to premiere pro and I imported a Fortnite video and started editing it but then a couple seconds into the vid it got distorted. I also checked the original recorded file and it was normal. Look at the attached picture and is there a fix for this?

Hi Da Potato,
I sense that something is going wrong with your GPU. Can you see what happens when you choose Help > System Compatibility Report? Do you have the right video driver installed, for example? Let us know.

It says no conflicts to report.

So I downloaded the drivers that the article showed me but now whenever I open premiere pro it says not responding.

Ok it's working now but I still have the problem.
