My Premirere Pro isn't opening anymore since last week.
I can't remember why it stopped opening.
I've opened the program (doesn't work), uninstall and reinstall the program, run as administrator, updated driver, installed previous version to use, restarted the computer. All of the possible options and it still doesn't work.
What else can I do if it's not working anymore ? I really want to keep using this program for video editing.

You may want to consider using the Adobe Cleaner tool. But please keep in mind that if you do this all Adobe apps will have to be re-installed. Here's a link to the instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/troubleshoot/download-failure/cc-cleaner-tool-installa...

Hey Nessa, sorry to hear about this issue with launching Premiere.
Does the splash screen appear? Could you share some details about your computer as well?
- OS (Mac or Windows?)
- RAM
- GPU model
Knowing a few details about your set up may help us figure out what's going wrong. You could also try double-clicking an existing .prproj file to see if Premiere will open the file.
Let us know,
Caroline

Yes, the splash screen appears but then it disappears and doesn't open.

Got it, thanks for the details and the screenshot! That error message means that Premiere has generated a crash log on your computer. The crash log tells us why Premiere crashed!
Could you try locating the crash log and sharing it with us here?
Here's an article that can show you where to find crash logs: https://adobe.ly/4ascY4r
Let us know if you find a .crash file!

Press Shift at launch. In Reset Options, try launching without third-party plug-ins.

Hi,
What kind of CPU do you have? I have heard of an AMD laptop that has this issue. Is that what you have? If so, I'll see if I can find a workaround for you. Sorry for the hassle.
Thanks,
Kevin
