Premiere pro just change resolution of video

Im new in premiere pro and maybe its my fault but i cant find answer anywhere. When i finish editing my video and all i want to change its resoluton to tiktok size (from 1920x1080 to 1080x1920) But when i do that it just changes resoluton of the sequence and the actually video just show up smaller. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What you are seeing is correct.

Landschap will not fit into portrait without getting smaller.

If you want portrait film in portrait not landscape.
