Premiere Pro Keeps Crashing

Good Afternoon Adobe Support Community, So 2 things have been happening with Premiere Pro

 

1. Premiere Pro: When it opens and starts on my computer, it will load for a few seconds and then say it's not responding... This is really annoying cause I've, Restarted my computer, Restarted Premiere, Updated Premiere, and cleared some junk files on my computer, and it still happens this has been going on for a while now.

 

2. Nothing happens when I go to File>Export>Media something pops up but it goes away really fast whenever I try to export my video or something will show up and it will be the correct menu and everything but before I click Export there's a big yellow triangle with a black exclamation point next to the button and then when I click Export and play the video on my computer the video will have nothing on it and only 1 second.

 

If anyone knows how to fix these 2 things please tell me ASAP thanks so much!

 

PS: if you need a quick visual of these 2 problems I can do a quick screen recording just let me know
