Premiere pro mp4 pixel green glitch

Hi everytime i import a video from a stock video site it glitches, however i don't have issues with videos from my phone. Ive tried different codecs for transcoding and changing the mecury settings as well but still doesn't work.

My computer is brand new, although i have tried this already and it doesn't change anything

Brand new does not mean all drivers are up to date.

Which GPU does the machine have?

Put your video/project on a real regular drive not One Drive.

Also try regular footage instead of Pexel.

I'm not sure how to do that, ive been trying to get it to stop but its not working, ive tried the scratch disks but it just keeps saving to one drive

I have tried normal footage, and it works fine, its just pexel footage. but i need pexel footage for my assignment

Might want to ask for a different assignment........................

Convert the Pexel file with Handbrake.
