Hi,
I have used the Automatic transcription function.
I want to export the transcript
All of the options under the three dots ('Export Transcript', 'Export to Text File', 'Export to CSV File') do anything.
I can click on all of the options, however nothing happens.
I have attached a screen grab of my Adobe Version, My PC configuration and the screen in Adobe Premiere Pro where I am trying to export from.
I have seen other posts with the same issue, non of the suggestions provided for those posts have reslved the issue for me.
Does anyone know if this is a known bug, or if a fix exists for this issue

We're sorry about the poor experience. The export option seems to be working properly at our end. Have you tried resetting app preferences to isolate any preference corruption issue that might be causing the app to misbehave? Let us know, we're here to help.

I figured it out.
I had changed the name of the sequence. I looked in the log and saw this:
C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro\Logs
[[Warn] [console] Error: getFileForSaving: A file name cannot contain the following characters \/:*?"<>|#
The sequence had a bad character in the name.

Thanks for your post! Same for me!
I also tried to the suggestions provided in other posts and to reset app preferences and still nothing... I'm still having the same issue with exporting the transcript.
Can anyone please provide more recommendations on how to fix for this issue?

I am experiencing the same thing. I see the transciption but when I hit the three ... nothing happens when I try to export any of the options. I reset preferences and nothing.

It was working just fine and able to export the transcript and then it just stopped working. When I go export any option, nothing happens. There isn't a hidden pop-up anywhere and I don't see the transcript in the location of where I'd previously saved them.
