Premiere Pro - Overlapping Clip Glitch

Hello Community,

I have read a few forums but have yet to solve the problem.

When I reset my computer on my project, re-open my project, etc, every clip in my project renders correctly and no original files seem to be corrupted. However, when I go to export I get 1-2 spots in my MP4 that have this 'overlap glitch' rendering. For a quick moment, it looks like part of a separate time-stamp of this same video-file is trying to show through. Please look at my screenshot for reference.

- This clip is isolated / no transitions or fx happening during these instances.

- Software is up to date
- It's around the same time markers almost every export.

- I've tried the double-pass export feature

- Original files play without these 'glitches'

- Video shot on iPhoneXR

- Sometime, after I try to export, I'll go back to Premier Pro and the glitches will sometimes render in preview... but not always.

I'm trying to simply export a 5-6 minute how-to video with very limited text / animation but this seems to really be causing me problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
