Premiere Pro Preview Screen Is So Laggy

When I click space it becomes so laggy thats it.

The video im trying to preview is 1080p360mpbs on a high performance PC. I add screenshot to attach place.

I tried to change video renderer, deleting media cache, resetting pc, downgrading version.. but still same.
