Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 - C__Users_shiva_Desktop_Untitled.prproj _ 12_9_2018 10_38_35 PM.pngI am using premiere pro-2018 and today, a weird bug, glitch or whatever happened to it. it was fine before but now both my monitors have this effect on the clips even though the original clip doesn't. please help!

Did you recently upgrade your computer to Windows 10 v 1809 ? I got similar problems after the upgrade today. Tried all kind of things, upgrading graphic card, Uninstall premier and install again, but nothing helped. I also get this issue on the exported file, so the program is useless right now.
