Premiere Pro Selection Tool back to Default?!

Ok, so I’m not too keen on all Premiere Shortcuts. I pushed a button last night and my Selection tool is selecting ALL CLIPS, including Audio and moving them all at the same time. I want to restore to my primary selection tool (where it only selects one track instead of all.) I’ve tried the Keyboard shortcut “V,” I’ve selected the “Selection Tool” on the left hand side of the tracks. I’ve tried it all! What the heck is going on?! The selection tool icon that’s popping up is 2 rectangles on each side and a blue arrow pointing to the right in the middle of the 2 rectangles. How do I get this off And back to standard selection tool?

Did resetting preferences help you, JesseR?

Thanks,

Not initially. The problem was that I needed to actually update my PC. Once I updated, I reset preferences a second time and it did the trick. So I am assuming that resetting preferences with an updated PC will work! It was a hectic afternoon for sure trying to figure this out.
