I'm on Adobe Premiere Pro version 24.3.0. I slipped the clip in two to change the mask that will differ from the previous keyframe. I was trying to delete a point on the mask on Adobe Premiere Pro in video frame by pressing ctrl and hold and clicking on a point I wanted to delete. But every time it closed expectedly without notice. And sometimes, I see "Low Level Exception in Mask (AEVideoFilter:15)" error before Premiere Pro closes. If it worked, then the point on the mask should be deleted. I don't have any third-party plug-ins or panels installed. I use a Dell Latitude 7480 and my operating system is Windows 10 Pro 22h2. It has a Core i5-6300U CPU with speed up to 2.40 GHz, 32GB RAM HMA82GS6AFR8N-UH 1x16GB, Kingfast 512GB SSD, and Intel(R) HD Graphics 520.

Sorry that you are encountering this issue. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reproduce. Would it be possible to provide your Project? This would help our investigation.
Thank you.

Hello @coolcalmatomsphere,
Thanks for the message. You didn't mention if you had a discrete GPU? Do you? Your iGPU is almost ten years old, which could be the issue. Have you tried checking system requirements? Please also run Help > System Compatibility Report and tell us what it says. I hope we can help you.
Thanks,
Kevin

Well @Kevin-Monahan, I don't know if the laptop is modified because I brought it off at Amazon and knew I should have asked the seller that. When running Help > System Compatibility Report, Premiere Pro says no conflict to report.

@Kevin-Monahan and @Trent Happel I stop seeing the issue with deleting points in a mask by uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Pro
