Timeline / Timecode jumps from 0,29s to 1,0s every second.
Have a look to the video, thats easier to know what i mean.
It would be easy enough to calculate the required frame count (30 fps, 0.8 seconds, 30 x 0.8 = 24).

This is correct, though it puzzled me for a while. You are assuming this is a decimal (1.0, 1.1, ... 1.9, 2.0). In many countries written 1,0 1,1 etc. But it is not decimals, and it does not use comma or dot. It is frames. 0;0 ... 0;28 0;29 1;0 is what we expect when there are 30 frames per second.

Okay, how can i change it to seconds? I have to speedup this part from 2s to 1,8s
