Premiere pro using microphone when premiere is not running

it says adobe premiere pro is using my mic, even though I dont have premiere pro open. I also cannot unistall it because creative cloud says that premiere pro is open. It also does not show up in taskmanager as an app thats open.

Any help would be lovely.

Hello AM15H

1. Reboot your computer once and close all the running Adobe apps(Including 'CC Library' & 'Core Sync' from Task Manager). Try uninstalling after that.

2. Download & Install CC Cleaner tool Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems.

or

3.Try installing third party cleaner tool 'Revo' Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily, Forced Uninstall, Leftovers Unins...Select Premiere Pro to be removed
