Premiere Username and Password

The  last few days when I want to use Premiere it sometimes asks for my Username and Password.  I have not had this happen before.

Is it Creative Cloud asking you to sign in or is it your operating system asking for it?

How do  I add a Screen Shot?  It appears to be the Creative Cloud.

Hit the insert photo button in the reply box.

The Creative Cloud ask for the Username and Password.  Adobe Technical Support tried twice to fix the problem.  It still exists.

Does it accept your information and allow you to use the software?

Does it still happen if you disconnect from the internet before trying to open the software?

When I enter the Username and Password I am able to use Premiere and Media Encoder.  I am not going to disconnect from the Internet every time I want to use Premiere or Media Encoder.  Once I have used either program and do not turn off the computer, I have no problem using the programs.

It appears that I have reached a dead end.  I will have to live with it.
