Hello everyone,

I am looking for the folder where the Premiere Pro presets are stored. I am using Premiere Pro 2023. It runs on Windows 11.

If you could also tell me where the "User Presets" folder of Premiere Pro is, that would be great.

Also, I am looking for the MediaCore folder where the plug-ins shared by Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder are stored.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Best regards.

There is no user presets folder. They are stored in the main folder.

Hello,

Thank you for your answer. I also thank you for the access path to MediaCore.

For Premiere Pro presets, I have an effects preset that I want to integrate into Premiere Pro but do I have to go through the Premiere Pro interface ? In previous versions, there was an "User Presets" folder. Has it been removed ?

My apologies, I remember now, the "user presets" folder is for After Effects.

But then, how can I integrate the premiere Pro preset without going through the interface, I mean by copying it into a folder ?

Same thing for Mac users, presets are stored in /Users/"your username"/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/24.0/Profile-"your username"/Effect Presets and Custom Items.prfpset
If you've just updated Premiere to the new version and you miss your presets just copy this file from the previous version of Premiere (if you still have it) and replace the new one.

Wow, I didn't know that! So, in the file you mention, are all the presets we install from Premiere stored there, or does it also store the ones that come by default in the program? Like the question in this thread, I was also looking for a folder where all the presets are saved so I wouldn't have to install them one by one. But what you mentioned is great.
