problème lecture vidéo après export

Bonjour,

Je tente en vain, après export sous première de lire une vidéo ;

Le soucis n'est pas l'export, qui a fonctionné mais ( aucun message d'erreur )

une seule image s'affiche et ma vidéo fait 0 secondes, ce qui n'est pas une vidéo .

Je l'ai encodé, réglé la qualité, adaptée, h264.

Je tente de ne pas balancer mon pc par la fenêtre mais je demande ici de l'aide pour ne pas mettre en jeu sa vie .

We're sorry for your issue. I understand that you have exported a file from Premiere Pro but it does not play and shows a single frame.

What are your computer specifications(OS, RAM, GPU, Processor)?
Which media player are you using?
Have you tried to play the exported file inside Premiere Pro or in a different media player like VLC?
Please share a screenshot of the export settings you have used. FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?

Also, Please try exporting in a different format like Quicktime. Let us know if it helps.

here is the screenshot

OS : windows 10 - 64 bits

RAM : 6go

GPUprocessor : intel core i5 6300 HQ

grphic card : NVIDIA Ge Force GTX 950M.

I tried to use VLC , windows media player .

I don't understand because i reach to read the video under prmeiere. I mean i can play the all sequence.

Just to let you know : i've already exported projects , and it was working.
