There was a problem that just came up when applying a Stock mogrt from Pr's EGP. The problem has been fixed internally and will be in the next public beta build of PrPro. In the meantime, you can use stock.adobe.com to download the mogrt you want and then install it in Pr.

We saw no problem in the most recent released public version of PrPro (Pr23.1 build 86) so if you're using that version and seeing a problem when trying to apply stock mogrts, we will need more info. Starting with the name of t

Hi Cristian!

Can you find the motion graphics template on stock.adobe.com and try to download it from there? Does this happen on all motion graphics or just one template in particular?

Adobe Premiere Pro 23.1.0 (Build 86)

Macbook Pro 16-inch, 2019

2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

64GB 2667 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro 5600M 8GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536MB

I'm also having this same issue. I license and download a MOGRT from Adobe Stock in my Essential Graphics panel. I get the blue checkmark. When I drag it from the panel to my timeline, I get an error message that says, "An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again." It does this each time.

When I go to the Adobe Stock website and attempt to "Save To Library" with the same MOGRT, the website gives me a red alert at the bottom of the page, indicating "Something went wrong. The action could not be completed."

Can anyone help me solve this?

Unfortunately, I am seeing the problem with Pr23.1 build 86.

Additionally, any idea why the "Save To Library" option isn't working via stock.adobe.com?

I am going on a month now of this issue persisting. The only thing I'm currently able to do is download the .mogrt file and import it into Adobe.

The exact same thing is happening with me. I can download and import from the Adobe Stock Website, but it won't allow me in the EGP. It occurs with only the paid mgrts.  Here is the error msg I get after it tells me I am eligible-

Thank you for reporting it here. That is an intermittent problem we have been seeing for some users. We have been actively investigating it for a while now and it looks like a problem with the stock server rather than something going wrong inside of Pr. We are working with the Stock team to figure out what's going on and hopefully get it fixed soon. My guess is if you try it from the stock webpage you will see a similar error like this:
