Problem with automatic captions – does not work with any language besides English

Hi, I have a problem,

I want to use function with automatic captions. I selected my audio track and select the original language (russian) – it somewhat has this strange 'cloud' icon next to it, and haven't found any meaning of it.

Then I click "Transcribe" and trascribtion starts and never ends. I have a 4 minute audio track, I left it overnight for 10 hours and it was still transcribing when I came back.

The issue seems in this "cloud" icon next to language choice, but what does it mean???? It seems Adobe needs to download the language from the cloud, but it does not happen!

That strange cloud icon means you need to download the language pack from the cloud first.

go to the add ons for Premiere Pro.
