Problem with creating proxy files from canon c70 camera

When I make a proxy from a canon c70 camera with a 4-channel MXF sound, I get this problem, despite the fact that I created an ingest preset with four mono channels. Surely someone has faced this, I can't find a solution. Experiments with modify the material do not help((( Maybe there is a working ingest preset for this, or what am I doing wrong?
