Problem with graphic card Nvidia GTX 1650 - glitch lines on preview and render.

A few days ago, glitch lines began to appear in the preview of my Premiere Pro. Later I noticed that they also appeared in the render.

I've tried several things and nothing works. I know it's a GPU problem.

I've updated drivers, downgraded drivers, updated the Premiere version, used the beta version, and still the problem remains.

Has anyone ever gone through something like this?

Important: my graphic card was recently cleaned and tested and everything is fine.

Are you using a Studio Driver and not a Game Driver?

Did you do a clean installation directly from NVIDIA?
