Problem with image processing

Hi! 

 

I have to much problems with image processing in both the sequence and the row with Premiere. When I work in Premiere, occasionally this happens to me: 

 

¿Does anyone have any idea or solution, please?

Try changing GPU Acceleration Mercury Playback Engine from menu File / Project Settings / General. Try with another that you have set now.
