Hi,
I am having problems with a Essential Graphics file (.aegraphic). When editing in timeline, everything is fine: https://prnt.sc/thrh42
But when I export from Encoder, it breaks: https://prnt.sc/thrii2
I have already changed the Rendering options, but still breaks. https://prnt.sc/thrhmp
I already tried a different .mogrt file, but the same problem happens. Sometimes in timeline is green and when export the result is purple and with a shape with broken format.
Please, I need help.
Thanks.

I already uninstalled Encoder and installed again (english). The problem remains.

Please simply drag/drop the image files onto your reply box so they appear directly in your reply. Making people click on external links reduces the number of people willing to take the time to help.

Does it export correctly directly from Premiere rather than queueing over to ME?

Hi Neil,
Yes, it does but I got over 100 videos to export, it wont work do it manually. I need to export by queueing on ME.

My question wasn't to propose a solution, but to get information. Which 'we' did. The exporting from Premiere is fine, there's something in the communication between Premeire and MediaEncoder that's screwy. Here are several things to try now, sort of in order:

Hi Neil,
Thank you for the instructions, I did everything. The cache is clean for both programs.
All theses boxes are unchecked "import sequences natively" and "Max Render Quality". The trash preferences are also redefined but the problem remains, now the motion graphic appears as pending media even though everything is fine in premiere project, this midea is not missing from the project and the timeline runs perfectly:

Out of curiosity ... where are these mogrts stored? And did you create them or acquire them from somewhere? Does this happen if you just drag one of the included ones onto a sequence and export?

Okay your system is not running in english language,
if this mogrt contains expressions inside After Effects,
these expressions should be universalized (using Expression Universalizer)
before exporting the mogrt from After Effects, so that if Premiere Pro
is runnnig in a different language than English, it will understand
the expressions
