Hi,
I guess there is a simple solution... Sorry I am a real newbie but the following problem:
An audio file which is imported into premiere from a Fuji X-t2 (.mov) is not playing properly in my youtube video if I use smartphones. The audio sequences captured different play on the mobile devices. All audio is playing on iPad, Mac and PC... On iPhone it is like a very low frequency noise, even hard to hear...
Any suggestion would I need to do different or can check? Using a Mac...
Thanks for a reply!
Having a stereo audio track on your timeline, just apply either FILL LEFT or FILL RIGHT audio effect to the audio clip and that should fix it (copies L or R to the other side so both channels are identical (mono in a stereo track really).
Thanks

Hi - Is audio hard to hear on all videos on the iPhone or just this particular video you are referring to?

just on the ones I used the X-T2 with a Lavalier microphone...
You tube say mona ability is not ok, that is why. And true, ifI use headphones on the phone I hear the audio. May it has something to do with the import preference. May I should import the stereo as 2 mono channels?!

It is likely your source audio is out of phase.
This will create the conditions you are reporting.
Are the clips from the camera being imported as having a single stereo audio track?
If so, select the clips in the Project Panel, and once selected, right click on any one of them and Modify the audio to two mono audio tracks.
Now re-do your edit, but only use one of the two tracks linked to each clip - for example, track 1 only and mute track 2. Export and test.

Note that this advice only pertains to the clips from the camera that was shot with the Lav attached. It is likely the Fuji has a stereo input on the camera, and the Lav microphone was mono with a Tip - Ring - Sleeve connector.
This would have placed audio on the left channel and audio 180 degrees out of phase on the right.
When you playback such a recording, the proximity of the playback speakers will either exhibit the out of phase condition (if they are close together, like on a smart phone) which is where the two channels will partially or completely cancel each other out, or partially mask it (if they are further apart).
