Problem with the timeline sequence

the program correctly import the files on the lefts side of the monitor, when I import the first video and I select the part I am working with and move it to the timeline it all works fine, but when I import a second video, a third or more, filmed in the same moment as all the settings are identical, if I try to move it to the timeline  I am not allowed to. I tryed to disinstall and install again, load older premiere versions, but it still does the same.

What can I do?

I am not able to edit with this problem as I can't work with more clips.
