Quando exporto um vídeo que foi gravado com a Go Pro 12, fica levemente pixelado, percebo principalmente no céu, já tentei todo tipo de exportação, mesmo sem utilização de efeitos, no vídeo original isso não acontece, já busquei pessoas que usam o Adobe profissionalmente e não acharam solução, teria algo que posso fazer?

That's long-GOP media with the inherent issues of that format. Including how easy it is to get banding and/or macro-blocking. So it's not surprising you may be having issues.
What settings are you exporting to in full details?

Drone media is very highly compressed. And the particular compression schema used in long-GOP H.264/5 is prone to banding, blocking, and detail losses.
With 1920x1080 and detailed content, like passing closely over trees, you might need 50Mbps or better.
