Problemi con l'importazione di video o immagini nel raccoglitore

Buongiorno, quando in un progetto devo organizzare le varie cartelle importando immagini, clip, musica o altro: non succede sempre, ma a volte capita che il processo d'importazione si blocca (vedi immagine allegata) restando aperta la finesrta "Importa file" ma non caricando nulla.
Devo pertanto cliccare sul tasto "annulla" e rifare l'operazione selezionando gli stessi oggetti, per importarli. Di regola il secondo tentativo va a buon fine, ma a volte devo rifarlo anche una terza volta. Quando poi parte l'importazione, il tutto avviene rapidamente senza intoppi. E preciso che succede anche con file molto leggeri, non è quindi un problema di peso del file.

It seems that your project is stored on an external disk so i assume that your files are there as well. What happens if you move some files to your internal disk and try to import.

Does the same thing happen if you import the same files from your internal disk?

I tried with different formats, and the problem only happens if I try to import a *.PSD file

Before importing, close the following panels: The Learn, Libraries, Frame.io panel, or any panel listed in Windows > Extensions, is turned on.

I closed everything, but it still does it. It hangs on the "Import File" window.

Many people has the same issues but it works here for some reason. I saw one guy that claimed to have found a workaround, by importing from the Import tab instead of File > Import.

Does it work if you use the Import tab?

I use the same system, but it doesn't work.

I don´t know a workaround that really works for this. Its a known issue and i have seen Adobe talked about that it should be fixed in an update, but Pr 25 has not yet been updated.

Have you tried the beta version of Premiere Pro? It is supposed to be fixed there. It is available in the Creative Cloud app.
