program issue with playback

Hey folks, i have issue with the timeline, when ever i pay the video from the beggining or the meddile the video play faster and then it will be normal speed,

i tried to change many of the settings of the seqence and the project it self, even i deleted the progarm, tried the oldest virsion till 2020, at the end i format my Pc wishing the issue will be fixed, UNFORTUNETLY STILL THE SAME ! 

I thought it may be an issue with Hardware but when i pushed the Pc to the limets to test it all is good and super fine reading test, regarding the Software as i mintioned before i deleted the program and format the windows Nothing happened . 

 Note : The Windows virsion is the orgenal and the leatest version, And the Adobe prgram isn't cracked it's paid memebership Orginal . 

My Pc is ASUS Vivobook Pro 16X 2023, 13 Gen, Core i9, 40GB DDR4 Ram, 2TB M.2 NVME 4.0 SSD, NVIDIA GetForce RTX 3050, GPU 6G GDDR6 .

If you face the same issue or do you have any idea it will be helpfull .

I have the same problem with the same device. Super enoying, since i bought the vivobook for video editing. Could you fix it?

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.
