Program Panel won't show full video

The program panel is not showing full size video. I exported a clip and it looks the same way after exporting. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

Check your Sequence Settings, there is probably a mismatch between your footage and the resolution of you sequence. Otherwise create a new sequence, so 1080p, then drag in they clip and if PP offers to adjust the resolution to fit the clip, allow it to do that.
