I need help! Premiere won't render my timeline. When I try to export a video, it crashes immediatley. I tried saving to a new location, clearing cache, saving it as a different file type, exporting a portion of the timeline, and NOTHING is working! Any suggestions?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

iPhone footage is variable frame rate which can cause intermittent and
unpredictable problems. Search the forum for instructions how to convert
to constant frame rate I’m on the subway now, but if you can’t find the
instructions post back and I’ll point you in the right direction later this
evening

As per Michael Grenadier:
Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:
https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo
Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:
https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php
Here is a tutorial:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

I've never had any issues in the past working with Iphone footage. Would it all of a sudden stop working? When I go to export, it tries to start encoding and then just crashes...I've tried everything...I'm desperate

Just to eliminate VFR, can you post the Mediainfo information?

as I said "intermittent and unpredictable." The consensus is that you should convert to a constant frame rate... Also, I strongly recommend Shutter Encoder which gives you more control and you can choose to transcode to an all "i-frame" format such as prores which although the file sizes will be much bigger, will make for easier smoother editing. If you have any questions, post back
