Project exports successfully but file size is small and playback cuts off short

So I've been using Premiere Pro for years (currently version 2022) but I've never run into this. I have a project that is about 5 hours long. I am able to export the project with no errors, using Premiere or Media Encoder. However, the output file is estimated at 86GB and ends up being anywhere from 75MB to 45GB in size. Playback is fine but it cuts off at the appropriate point (for example, the 45GB file plays roughly halfway through before it dies).

I've tried clearing all my media cache, rebooting my computer, and encoding the project several times. No dice, it produces files of random size that all cut off before the end. I've attached a screenshot of my export settings. I am using all local disks. I don't run any plugins.

Any thoughts or ideas? I'm contemplating totally removing Premiere from my system and reinstalling it, that's about all I've got left for options that I've come up with. Any help would be appreciated!
