Hi,
I'm trying to export out of Premiere (latest version) but the new Prores codecs don't show up under the video tab or anywhere else. They do show up in media encoder, but not when I try to export out of Premiere. I currently have to export with Cineform and then convert to Prores in Media Encoder, but surely there is a way to go out of Premiere and eliminate this extra step.
Thanks- sorry if this is something obvious but I have searched everywhere for a solution.

They should be under QuickTime.
Rather than export from Premiere then t-coding in MediaEncoder, I would suggest queuing over to MediaEncoder from Premiere.
You could set the initial format to Cineform or DNxHd/R then change to ProRes in Me.

Thanks for your reply. When I import the Premiere sequence into MediaEncoder, the prores options disappear. I have tried resetting preferences, reinstalling etc. but can't get the preferences to show up at all now.

Check your MediaEncoder version number in the Help/About section. ProRes came into PC's in the 13.x versions.

ProRes is fully supported in the Adobe video projects in Windows 10 since the 13.x/2019 versions "shipped".
