Putting MOGRT on Timeline Crashes Premiere 2020 14.0.3

I'm on Premiere 2020 (version 14.0.3). I've installed a MOGRT template from Motion Array. It shows up in the Essential Graphics Bin. When I drag it to the timeline, the MOGRT clip turns red at 15% & says Media Offline and crashes Premiere. It used to work without any problems.
I've cleared my cache, deleted the MOGRT, redownloaded & installed. Restatred the computer several times. Even went back to the earlier versions of Premiere and still no good. Tried different MOGRTs and all failed.

I have a project that has the MOGRTs in it that I used 3 days ago without issue. At the time it worked great. Now when I try to open the project, it crashes immediatly. And I need this project to open for a new version.

Windows 10, 32 RAM, GTX 1080Ti

Try resetting the preferences:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/FAQ-How-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-Premiere-Pro/td-p/...

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Sorry for the late response. I got really busy & did the graphics the old fashioned way. The problem is still there. We even tried to go back to 14.1. But have not done a rollback on the video driver yet. It works on my desktop and other coworkers computer.

did you try to delete the render files from sequence?

or manually delete the video preview files from outside of premiere pro

where that project is located

It seems to be 3rd party MOGRTs it does not like. I can download some from Adobe Stock and they work 100%. I did some from Motion Array, Video Blocks, and Evanto and each one loaded into Graphic Essentials fine but crashed when I dragged into the timeline. The program window goes to the red missing files slate and back to black, it stalls at 15% for about 10 seconds then goes to 89% and stalls and then crashes. But the same MOGRTs work on my Desktop with same Adobe versions.

Things done:

* Deleted all files from Users>______>AppData>Roaming>Adobe>Common>Motion Graphics Templates

* Unisntalled & reinstalled Premiere Pro 14.3
* Uninstallled 14.3 and installed 14.1
* Deleted original MOGRTS and downloaded and reinstalled again

* Resetting Workspace

* Resetting Preferences

* Happens to any project I call up and even brand new ones without any media

Do you think anyhting from IT security can be the issue? IT gave me admin rights to try to solve it.

I think I got it fixed. I don’t know what fixed it but this is what I did.

Uninstalled Premiere & After Effects

Selected “Remove” for Preferences
Deleted all files from: USERS>user name>AppData>Roaming>Adobe>Common>Motion Graphics Templates

Deleted the folder “Essential Graphics” from: USERS>user name>AppData>Roaming>Adobe>Common

Removed Motion Array plug in

Moved the 3rd Party MOGRTs from external Drive to Desktop (working on laptop)

Installed Premiere & After Effects

Installed MOGRTs by the +Folder bottom right & also Drag & Drop in to Motion Graphics Template – all works.

Is there a way to create Bins inside Essential Graphics?

are you using Motion Array's Adobe extension?

if so, make sure you are subscribed and signed in to your account on Motion Array.

Better use Local Drives, not external ones when working with mogrts
