Quality problem with script/logo on video

Hello, i have a problem..

After exporting my video the quality of the script/image is bad.. the colour blurred..

Does anyone know the problem with images (logo) and script on videos? How to import them in premiere pro? Or how to export the video?

Here are a photo of my settings. The source size is another then i need it exported.

You have very low resolution media (696 X 392) and are exporting it at a higher resolution (1280 X 720) export setting, so you will lose quality.

Your source media needs to be higher resolution.

Thanks for your answer. So my media from camera is 1280x720, but needs to be higher?

And now i need the video in 696x392.

Sorry, I read the translation wrong.

Your media is 1280 X 720, but you are exporting it at 696 X 392 which will decrease the quality.
