The Presets folder is for presets that are included with Premiere Pro or presets that you create and save there.

Evidently, MotionaArray presets are saved in their own folder.

So you are sure that this problem is 100% on MotionArray side?

I found the solution!

I was randomly checking folders in preset panel and I found it in diffrent folder than it suppose to be...

All tutorials showed that those presets should land in preset folder after being import.

Instead of that they landed here (look on the attachmed that I upload for you).

How is that even possible?

Is this problem on the side of Adobe Premiere or Motion Array?

Best Regards!

Another thing was that I cloud not do it by clicking on an icon in motion array download folder becuase the error would show up.

I had to go to effects - preset - import preset. Then instead of looking for it in preset folder I got to look for it in one of the effect panel folder (as you can see in attachment in my last post - with russian letters) and here we go...

I dont have explanation for that, why it showed up somewhere else than in preset folder.

Do you have an answer why that happened? Is this some kind of bug?

Best regards

I received answer from Mottion Array Support. I'm pasting this here, hopefully I would help somebody in the future.

Hey there,

Thank you for your patience.

Sorry for the confusion,

certain effects will be in a different folder, this is because the creator saved it in a different folder using a different language, and that's why it shows up like this.

Please let us know, anytime, if you have any other questions we can help you with.

Kind Regards,
