"Frame holder" clip lack of proper duration in effects panel

"Frame holded" clip has different duration in effects control panel than in timeline.

When i use "frame hold" option on a clip on timeline and then extend it the clip has unchanged duration in effects control panel.  It makes it impossible to add keyframes on extended clip.

Please fix it.
