"Open in Adobe Audition" not working in Premiere 14.0.0

I recently upgraded my apps to the new 2020 versions, in this instance:

• Premiere 14.0.0
• Audition 13.0.0.519

When I try to edit a premiere clip in audition using the "Edit Clip in Adobe Audition" option, audition will open, but nothing further happens. Extracted audio files get created in premiere, but nothing appears in audition.

I'm using OS 10.15.1.

Any suggestions?

OS might be part of the issue.

This is a known issue and has been reported and occurs on 10.15 MAC OS having external drives.

There are 2 workarounds.

1. Move the clips to internal drive and it should work.

2. Go to Edit>Menu>Edit in Adobe Auditionand send the whole sequence.
