I am using a PNG sequence imported into Premiere. I have duplicated the clip 3 times so the clip loops 4 times in total, working fine in Premiere. However, when I select the 4 clips and click "Replace with after effects composition", After Effects cuts the end of the clips off.
PP is 25fps, AE also 25fps, the PNG sequence (exported from Blender) is also 25fps. AE is showing the clip as 30fps, so I changed it to 25fps and it fixed the length of the clip in the timeline but still the end of the clip is just black.
Any ideas whats happening and how to fix?
Here is a screenshot to show how AE is cutting the end of the clips.

I just realised that the clip is playing faster in AE, due to the increased framerate, hence the shortened clip in the timeline. Changing the framerate of the clip to 25 makes the clip play at the correct speed but as mentioned in my post, the end of the clip is just black. Interestingly, it goes black at the same point where the clip at 30fps cuts off.

Just to make things even more confusing, I tried "Replace with after effects composition" with some different clips (also PNG sequence made in Blender) from Premiere and they imported into AE fine. Even though they are also showing as 30pfs in AE...
You can see the selection of clips in Premiere below, and then how they appear in AE. Notice they are all correctly aligned with each other apart from the car clip which is still shorter/faster.

Try exporting the clip from AE and use the exported file in Premiere Pro.
