"Sorry, an error occurred" Premiere Pro 2021

I installed the latest version of premiere pro (2021) and each time I tried to launch it, this message appeared: "Sorry, an error occurred". I've tried to uninstalled all adobe apps, including Creative Cloud. I installed creative cloud again, then I installed Premiere Pro 2021 and the message "Sorry an error occurred" kept showing each time I launched Premiere. I installed Illustrator 2021 to see if the error kept showing up, and it didn't, only with Premiere Pro. Please help me to figure out a solution for this problem.

I contacted support over chat and after an hour of trying different methods, we came to the conclusion that maybe the problem is my macOS Catalina v 10.15.7
