Random Black frams or dropped frames

Community Beginner ,

Hello, recently i have an issue in premiere pro, the problem is i see randomly ordered black frames(origibal media is solid) during the playback on program monitor or black frames when i export the project from directly premiere pro, however there is no problem when i export the project from media encoder its all normal. But when im editing in premiere pro its really annoying that i see random black(dropped) frams during playback, and it doesnt occur in the same plays, it changes constantly, sometimes it dissappears sometimes it comes back on difrent frames.

So far i have tried every solution it might help but it didnt. For example, i reboot the premiere, i have changed the hard drive i used and i even changed the GPU from Radeon RX570 to RX580, but the problem is still on.  I have been using premiere pro for 8 years and coulnt get a decent solution yet 😞

My Pc Specs : Windows 10

                          11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900F @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

                         16GB rams

                          512GB M2 Drive

                          Radeon RX580 2048SP 8GB GPU

I really need your help guys. Thanks.

did you try to :

1. Reset Premiere Pro Preferences

2. Clean Media Cache

3. Delete Render files from Sequence

4. Set Video Previews in Sequence Settings to QuickTime preview file format

    and ProRes codecs

5. Switch renderer to Software Only from Project Settings

6. Update your GPU drivers to Studio Drivers from the vendor's website

Do your export settings (frame rate etc..) match the video settings and sequence settings?

Hello Carlos thx for your reply, but i had alread tried all of these and i also tried them today after your reply, but unfortunately it is still the same. Maybe when i change the renderer to "software only" it might fix the issue but when i do that i cant even watch the project coz everything goes red normally in the timeline and it reduces  the export time magnificently so that is not an option for me 😞  I had tought my graphic card might be causing the problem and i had put a new card but seems like its not the cause either.(idk maybe premiere doesnt work well with radeon rx500 series) but i had no problem with the same system until 2 months ago, since then im trying to solve the puzzle but couldnt succeed yet 😞

Is that your drivers are up to date. Can you share screen shot? have you try  Switch renderer to Software Only from Project Settings.

thanks,
