Rate Stretch Tool

I accidentally removed from my editing workspace the Rate Stretch Tool group panel, I don't know how to find that panel back to my workspace, I will really appreciate  if someone help me with his issue.

It is part of this group, just click the triangle in the bottom right and select the rate stretch option.

You can open the Tools panel under the Window menu.

Yes, i was able to find it under Window menu by clicking "Tools".
