Hi Henrique,
Welcome to the forum. Thank you for the post. Try to delete media cache and reset preferences. Press Shift at launch and the Reset Options dialog box appears. You can do those things from there. Press the Continue button. Restart the application. Let us know if you can export afterward. I hope so. Sorry for the issue.
