Obi wan.. paying 30 bucks a month, can't launch.. go to run exe file in adobe premiere pro 2024 exe, says:

adobe premiere pro.exe application error the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).

Can't figure out solutions, no live chat help support. Meanwhile, getting billed. Can't launch Adobe premiere pro 2024, even though I'm getting billed for it. No chat support available.. maybe cause it's 3:51pm Saturday.. no, not late in the evening. oh well.. guess I'll just keep getting billed for a product I cannot launch.

Hi vikas_6542,

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please confirm the version of Premiere Pro & the OS version that you are using?

Thanks,

Sumeet

There are a few users on PCs that have had the newest Windows update patch which has something that interferes with launching at least Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

There's a thread on a Windows error number about it on this forum.
