Why is premiere pro cropping my video?

When I export my vids to youtube the video is so small! How do I fix this??

What is your media's framesize? What is the sequence framesize? And what framesize did you set in the Export dialog?

How about making screen-grabs of at least the Export dialog box showing the whole right-side as below? Plus the data on the media framesize also?
