Try going through the customer care page (link below) that can give you a live chat with an Adobe person:

Contact Customer Care

At the first level, choose Account issues, then Account settings. You should then get the chat or phone options.

This link doesn't work.  There is no phone number or chat option.  What am I supposed to do?  My problem is not on a forum.  My Adobe Acrobat won't open.  It says to download the Application Manager.  However, I did that and even registered for Adobe Cloud which I don't need, but Acrobat still won't open. 

Please help me with this!!!!

What happens when you click the link? It is still opening for me.

Are you just wanting to install Acrobat Reader? If so, you would not need to sign up for Creative Cloud for that.
