RED FRAMES ON PREMIERE PRO CC 2018 MAC

Having red flashes on Premiere Pro CC 2018 on MAC, haven't been able to find any fix... I'm editing video from a 8mm camcorder so it's small, low frame rate, low quality and it's still giving me trouble with the red flashes. Here are my media settings.

For any video coming from the gods of yore, my top recommendaton is to transcode, transcode, transcode. ProRes LT is my chosen weapon of choice. Please try this and return with questions. BTW, you also might try updating Premiere Pro.
