Red Raw export to mp4 blocky sky

Hi! I've been days testing to export 2 hours of red raw footage into mo4 (HD) and I have several issues

1. All the blue sky are blocky (you can see the different blue bands)

2. It takes like 90 hours for export 

Do you have any advise?

are you by chance using variable bitrate h.264/5? try a constant bitrate at a higher value or try handbrake or shutter encoder with CQ at 18.   (i've seen some posts where variable bitrate doesn't want to compress certain items, possible bug?)

under bitrate settings. i see in your screenshot its vbr, try cbr at a higher bit rate.
