red x when i add an effect

so im editing in premiere pro and i added an effect to my video but it caused a red x to appear over it how can i fix this? up to my knowledge i have all the plugins used in the effect Screenshot 2022-01-16 222321.png

yea it was a free trial version of sapphire which was unlicensed i tried finding a license for it and my plugins broke when i was installing the new one so i lost the video anyway
