I've used the Remove Attributes function in the past to remove effects off of multiple clips. Ever since the new Premiere Pro version, I'm unable to do that with the EQ (Obsolete) and Dynamics (Obsolete) effects. They're selected to be removed, but nothing happens. And before you say, "Well why aren't you using the effects that replaced them?" It's because the new effects still aren't working for me as explained in this thread: Can't update audio effects, keeps reverting back to previous settings.
Again, this is happening in both of my editing rigs with Premiere Pro CC 2017.0.1, v11.0.

You should now be able to remove obsolete audio effects with Remove Attributes with the 11.0.2 update that was released today.

Thanks for the response, Jim. Good to know I'm not just going crazy. So are the Parametric Equalizer and Dynamics Processing effects just not working for anyone on Windows right now?

They work fine. You just can't remove them with that command. You'll have to clear them one clip at a time.

Just updating my status on this thread. It took the 2017.1 update before all of this started working for me. I'm now able to remove effects from multiple clips using Remove Attributes. And the newer effects are now working for me (Dynamics Processing and Parametric Equalizer to name two).
I am still experiencing a small glitch when I do the Remove Attributes. For audio clips, the Volume, Channel Volume and Panner checkboxes are unchecked by default. However, if I just click Okay without touching Volume, Channel Volume and/or Panner, it will remove any keyframes I've placed on those items, basicly acting as though they were checked.
The same goes for video clips with the attributes Motion, Opacity and Time Remapping.
I have to check them, then uncheck them to make sure they're left alone.

Thank you for the update. There is an issue with intrinsic effects that we hope to have fixed soon.

Unchecked Intrinsic video and audio effects in Remove Attributes should no longer be removed in the CC 2017.1.2 (11.1.2) update that was released today.

This should be such a simple feature to excecute ? Why are these releases in the public domain if you can't do something as simple as remove effects ? costing me hours of time I won't get payed for. Very flakey and unstable compared to after effects ( unless you dowload the latest one )
