Render and replace problem

Explorer ,
Mar 14, 2017 Mar 14, 2017

Hi everybody,

My problem is: I can't render and replace some clips in my timeline, the message : impossible to trancoding, because of the audiotracks.

But My only audio track is totally empty, no sound or music with these clips...

Any idea?

Thx

Hi fabsim08,

I understand the issue is with Render & Replace option on few clips.

Have you tried selecting just the Video part of the clips in the sequence by holding ALT + select & try Render & Replace?

Thanks,

Vidya

Hi Vidya,

No that's not my problem.

My problem is the error messga ewhen I try to render and replace all clips in my timeline.

The error message: transcoding is impossible, audio channels are not corresponding. (maybe not exactly, I haven't the english version)

But I haven't any audio files in my channel...

Hi Vidya,

Can I ask why you are using Render and Replace? Are all of the clips in your timeline VFX heavy or dynamically linked AE comps?

Hi,

No I just need to find a solution to put my footage in a Da Vinci Resolve timeline for grading.

But when I try the usual way: export an XML and insert it in Resolve, I found many problems: clips aren't find and time code of clips are not the same than in Premiere (cause shot with DSLR, no possibilty to name clips while shooting and have done some slow motion in Premiere...)

Somebody give me the advice to render and replace all my Premiere sequence, and after to make an XML file... But impossible to render...
