Rendered preview files really big

I am editing some i phone videos (1.62 gb) in size. But I am facing some frame rendering issues. Please see the photos. The abobe premiere video previews files are so big in size like 49 gb.. It is taking so much space in my PC. I have changed its location twice but no help. Please help ...

Hi there

So, these clips were shot on an i phone. 29.97 frames. I have had chnaged many settings looking at Youtube videos but nothing has resolved this issue. I have uploaded the screenshots with this message.
